The first app. Originally written in Java, later fully migrated to Kotlin – an internal tool for measurement and billing, used only within one company. Never public, never on the Play Store. But the beginning of everything: this is where the first patterns emerged, the first understanding of Android architecture, and the conviction that software must be tailor-made.

Exam preparation for IT specialists – structured learning with adaptive questions, progress analysis and exam-relevant topics. Purpose-built for the IHK final exam, not on the Play Store.
The management app for community bus associations. Plan rides, manage drivers, coordinate routes. Started as a volunteer project – still free, while the question of SaaS vs. volunteer remains open.
The passenger app for request stops. No classic booking – instead, the passenger taps to send the driver a pick-up request at their stop. The driver confirms in the Pro app, and the passenger gets an instant response: coming, or not.
A game that adapts to you – not the other way around. Playful curiosity meets intimacy, communication and trust. Individually customisable in limits, preferences and dynamic. Sensual rather than crude, respectful rather than invasive.
Find your people – not their exact location. Distance and direction instead of maps and tracking. Temporary groups via QR code, Quick Signal for loud environments, privacy by design from day one. End-to-end encryption of location data.
A personal project. The TradingBot analyses markets and executes automated trades for private portfolios – around the clock, rule-based and without manual intervention.
Holiday rental management for landlords, managers, staff and guests – all in one system. Bookings, cleaning schedules, contractor coordination, payments via Stripe and smart door locks.
Digital documentation of whirlpool/softub care with Lotus Clean – daily and weekly care, shared family access and direct Home Assistant integration to automatically trigger water care.
