An app we've been missing ourselves
Anyone who rents out one or more holiday apartments knows the feeling: booking enquiries come via email, WhatsApp and various portals. The cleaning schedule is somewhere in the calendar. You have to message the contractor three times. And whether the last payment actually came through – you'd better check that yourself.
FWV is designed to change exactly that. Not as a massive enterprise solution for hotel chains, but as a thoughtful tool for landlords who run their own business – with a handful of apartments up to a small portfolio.
What we're building
At the heart is a system that knows all the people involved: landlords, managers, cleaning staff, contractors and guests – everyone sees exactly what they need, and nothing more.

After every checkout, the cleaning staff automatically know what needs doing – what, by when and for whom. No notes, no phone calls.

Deposits, final payments, refunds – everything runs through Stripe, clear and traceable. No more manually asking whether a transfer has arrived.

Easy contractor integration
Repair needed? The contractor receives a job directly in the app, confirms the appointment and uploads a photo when done. That's it.

Guests who feel well looked after
A simple page for guests with everything they need: arrival info, Wi-Fi password, damage reporting – and in future, the door code straight to their phone as soon as payment is confirmed.

FWV is still in the planning phase – and that's exactly the right moment to get involved. We don't want to build an app we make up ourselves, but one that truly fits your daily routine.

Who is FWV for?
FWV is aimed at small and mid-sized landlords who manage their own properties or work with a small team. No IT knowledge required, no months of training. The app should be useful from day one.
1–3 apartments, manages everything personally, wants to finally bring order to the chaos.
5–20 properties, works with cleaning staff and occasional contractors, needs overview without Excel.
Manages properties for several owners, needs clear separation and billing.
