Inventra
Record household inventory on site – room by room, with photos, AI image recognition and a signed PDF report straight from the smartphone.
The problem
During a damage assessment, the entire contents of a building often have to be documented. Clipboard, camera and typing it all up later cost hours – and in the end, photos, quantities or the owner’s signature are missing.
Inventra puts the whole process on the smartphone: record, photograph, get it signed, send it – while still on site.

Create properties with address, client and claim number and divide them into rooms such as kitchen, cellar or garage.
- 📸 AI image recognition
Take a photo – the AI suggests name, category, quantity and condition. It even counts book spines on a shelf. Everything remains editable before saving.
- 📍 Address via GPS
Fill in the property address from the current location with one tap, or enter it via address suggestions.
- ✍️ PDF report with signature
Generate the inventory list with photos as a PDF, have it signed on screen by the owner and the employee, and share it via email or messenger.
- 🌍 Multilingual
German, English and Polish – the AI suggestions also come in the selected language.
Privacy
- Data stays on the device
No account, no own server, no tracking. Inventory data is stored locally only and excluded from cloud backup.
- Only what is necessary is transmitted
Only the photo is sent to the image recognition – no names or addresses. The location is only requested on tap and never stored.
Availability
Inventra is a client project and intended exclusively for our client’s employees. The app is not offered publicly and is only visible in the Play Store to approved accounts.
